Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to start work
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Additional work requires separate authorization
• Late payments may incur interest charges

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the custom work created specifically for your project. We retain rights to:

• General methodologies and know-how
• Pre-existing intellectual property
• Use project as portfolio examples

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or content
• Force majeure events

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for completed work
• Work-in-progress will be delivered as-is
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination
